Originally formed in Westchester, NY, in 1995, Dry Kill Logic (isaac M. Top albums of The Best of Earl Klugh, Vol. Compilations, live albums, appearances with others, and reissues filled the years stellar up to 2005's Naked Guitar, a stripped down, standards-heavy album for the Koch tag. In 1984 he changed labels and released unitary of his almost popular albums, Soda Fountain Shuffle, on Warner Brothers. More solo albums followed ahead the continuation to One on One, Two of a Kind, appeared in 1982. After a couple well-received solo albums on different Capitol imprints including Blue Note, Klugh run into pay filth with 1979's One on One, a Grammy-winning collaboration with piano player Bob James. He played on a regular basis with Benson in 1973, was a member of Return to Forever in brief in 1974, and and then in the mid-'70s, began recording as a leader.
Klugh played on a Yusef Lateef album when he was 15 and gained identification in 1971 for his contributions to George Benson's White Rabbit track record. An acoustic guitar player with a very pretty tonicity, Earl Klugh does non consider himself a jazz player and thinks of Chet Atkins as being his to the highest degree important influence.
